Dr. Cara Lee - Dentist
Cara grew up in North Wales and is a fluent Welsh speaker. She qualified at the University of Belfast in 2020 before returning to work in North Wales. Cara enjoys all aspects of family dentistry. In her spare time, she likes being outdoors, with activities such as kayaking.

Dr Abdul Mohammed - Dentist
Abdul qualified from Queen Mary University of London in 2023. Originally from Manchester, he has relocated to North Wales to enjoy the area. Abdul is interested in all areas of dentistry, and we are lucky to have him as part of the team as he grows his career in dentistry.
Majid Ali Khan - Dental Therapist
BDS (Pakistan) MSC advanced general dental practice UK
Majid has over 8 years’ experience in the field of dentistry. Originally a qualified dentist from Pakistan, Majid further advanced his expertise by completing an MSC in advanced general dental practice from UK in 2024.
Dr Lucy Minhas - Dentist
Lucy graduated in 2009 and is close to completing her Post-graduate Certificate in Orthodontics. She is passionate about early intervention orthodontics to avoid the need for future orthodontic work in teenagers. Her specialist interest is in cosmetic dentistry, which can include smile make-overs, composite bonding, clear aligners and adult braces. Lucy is also a certified Invisalign provider.
Hygiene Therapists
Robyn Watt - Dental Hygienist
Robyn began her dental career as a dental nurse before discovering her true passion for dental hygiene. When she’s not helping patients achieve healthier smiles, she enjoys spending time with her dog honey.
Laura Hill - Dental Hygienist
Laura qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2018 before gaining her Dental Hygiene qualification from Bangor University in 2025. She is passionate about patient care, particularly helping anxious patients feel comfortable, and enjoys long walks, travelling and spending time with loved ones.
Karuniya George - Dental Therapist
Karuniya is a dedicated Dental Therapist from India with a passion for improving patient care and promoting excellent oral health. Outside dentistry, she enjoys travelling, discovering new cultures, creative activities and spending time with loved ones.

Joanne Lloyd-Morris - Practice Manager
Jo has been a qualified dental nurse for 30 years, but became a Practice Manager in 2024. Her experience in all areas of dentistry helps her to support patients and clinicians, as well as train staff to deliver the best possible care to patients. In her spare time, Jo enjoys walking in the beautiful North Wales hills.
Becky - Chief Operating Officer
Becky has a real passion for patient satisfaction and staff wellbeing. Her job is to ensure everything runs smoothly across all practices in the group. Jon Everard - Clinical Director
Jon is Clinical Director at Wooding Dental Group, bringing extensive experience in clinical leadership, governance, education and mentoring, as well as supporting dentists through the ORE and LDS pathways. He leads clinical standards and professional development across the group, encouraging collaboration and continuous improvement while ensuring high-quality, patient-centred care.
