Tooth Whitening

Tooth whitening can be a very effective way of improving your smile. Our aim is for you to have a whiter, brighter smile for as long as possible. This is why we offer custom made whitening trays and a take home kit to top up your whitened teeth, all supervised by your dentist to make it as safe as possible.

Tooth whitening is not suitable for everyone and as such you will first require an assessment to see if it is an option for you. It doesn’t need a separate appointment, simply mention it at your next examination.

How long will it take to get a brighter smile?

It can take 2-3 weeks to achieve your desired results.

Is it safe?

Teeth whitening through a dental professional is safe. It is highly regulated, and we only use products we know to contain the correct levels of peroxide. There will be no damage caused to your enamel.

Are there any side effects?

As with any procedure, there are risks. This is why we won’t provide patients with whitening gel before a full consultation with one of our dentists. The most common side effect is sensitivity. There are a range of measures you can take to avoid this, which will all be fully explained at the appointment.

How much does it cost?

The total cost is £395. Any top-up gels are then £25 each or 4 tubes for £85.
